Terms & Conditions

The user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site by using this site:

 

  • ​Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

  • If ordered flowers / cake are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake / of equal value.

  • Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, within two business days in all major cities & towns and within three business days in all other places.

  • In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours.

  • In case of flowers, cakes (all being perishable products) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered.

  • In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved

  • All the prices shown does not include delivery charges.

  • Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible.

  • Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

  • No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.

  • The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

  • All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad only.

  • Orders received till 4 pm IST will be delivered on same day unless delivery date is mentioned.

  • The delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

  • We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.

    • Recipient not available.

    • Premises locked.

    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.

    • Recipient refused the products.

    • Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbor.

  • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • No change in instructions can be entertained before 1 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.

  • We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery.

  • Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

  • Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at support@forgetmenotflorist.in

  • While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel/Hospital.

  • Hotel:
    • Full address of the hotel.

    • Room No.

    • Telephone number of the hotel.

    • Name of Tour company, if applicable.

  • Hospital

    • Full address of the hospital.

    • Ward number or name.

    • Home address of recipient with phone number.

  • If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
  • For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.

For Midnight Deliveries

  • Delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.15 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.

  • We deliver on Sundays.

  • We will attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.

    • Recipient not available.

    • Premises locked.

    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.

    • Recipient refused the products.

    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

    • Orders received till 4 pm would be only accepted and delivered.

    • In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.

    • We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.

    • Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
