Cancellation & Refund Policy
No cancellations are allowed, once customers place the order. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, the customer can bring up a concern or complaint. We will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
- For any complain regarding quality and service please write to us at info@fiora.in with your order no. and delivery date.
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management at Fiora.
- In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.
- Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible.
